Hypnosis involves shifting awareness from conscious mind to the subconscious mind by using a heightened state of suggestibility. The subconscious mind is the reservoir of all our thoughts, experiences, learning, and emotions. Hence, if there is an issue that is causing fear or anxiety, anger, frustration, or any kind of block whether emotional, financial, or even a physical imbalance, the root of that issue is in the subconscious mind. Hypnosis deals with the root of the issue and not the symptom, hence the results are transformational.

By going into a state of hypnosis, you will be able to uncover the root cause of the issue and thus resolving the emotional block around it. You will then be able to get the learning form it, do the release and forgiveness work for self and others, and integrate/program a new learning and realization. By doing this, not only you would have released the emotional trauma that was formed at one point, but also empowered yourself with a higher understanding, released the emotional burdens a freed yourself to create from a place of safety and trust.

HYPNOSIS IS NOT: sleep, unconsciousness, surrender of mental control or physical power.

HYPNOSIS IS: being in a deep state of mental and physical relaxation and focus where you are aware of your thoughts and yourself and you are communicating with the practitioner.
